Terms & Conditions



These terms and conditions are applicable to any parties hiring FlexiMoves services. Please read these terms and conditions prior to FlexiMoves undertaking any work that you have agreed to.
 
PRICING

Our prices are transparent and there are no hidden costs.
Jobs that are being paid by the hour, prices are charged when the hour starts, not when it completes.

 
PARKING

Its the customers responsibility to ensure parking is discussed prior to any services being undertaken, we have the right to cancel a job if parking is deemed as dangerous or is too far away from the customers premises.

 
PAYMENTS

All payments should be received on the day of the service. Payments can be made in cash, cheque (received 5 days prior to service) other methods, payments can be made directly in to FlexiMoves bank account.

If for any reason we remain unpaid for a service, we reserve the right to use a debt collection agency to redeem monies outstanding for services rendered.


FIXED QUOTES

Fixed quotes ;  any additional items added to those agreed at time of the quote may result in an additional charge being applied.

 
CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations should be made 48 hours before the service is due to commence. Long distance cancellations should be advised 3 full days in advance of the agreed service date. Any cancellations outside of these restrictions will be subject to a charge of £100. (Please appreciate that staff are scheduled and costs are incurred when a service is planned)

 
TIMINGS/DELAYS

Service arrival times are estimated( we will do our upmost to be there at the agreed time) factors beyond our control can effect timings. We advise that you do not book flights/trains or other important events based on the time estimates provided by FlexiMoves. We will not be made responsible for delays that are out of our control such as vehicle breakdown, accidents or roadworks.

Services are carried out subject to weather, FlexiMoves will not be obliged to carry out a service when weather conditions are adverse or dangerous. FlexiMoves are covered with vehicle breakdown cover but will not be held responsible for the time it may take for a breakdown company to attend and attempt to repair the vehicle.
 
INSURANCE

FlexiMoves are fully insured with Hire and Reward, Goods in transit and Public Liability. Please note that we will not accept responsibility for items that are not packed with care and attention, it is the customers responsibility to ensure items are packed and boxed ready to be loaded into the van on our arrival.

 
OTHER AREAS

FlexiMoves will not attempt to move anything deemed dangerous, flammable liquids. All electrical or gas appliances should be unplugged, fridge freezers should be defrosted and emptied.

FlexiMoves will not tolerate unacceptable behaviour and have the right to cancel a service should a customer become aggressive in any way.
